Responsibilities:- Conduct judgment calls and engage with debtors to negotiate resolutions.
- File lawsuits for unpaid MCA accounts and other collections matters.
- Manage smaller collection cases with minimal litigation involvement.
- Assist in post-judgment enforcement, including garnishments, bank levies, and asset recovery.
- Work closely with senior attorneys on legal strategy and case management.
- Draft legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence.
- Other duties as assigned
- Law degree and licensed to practice law in New York.
- Interest in collections law, litigation, and judgment enforcement.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple cases efficiently.
- Comfortable making outbound calls to negotiate settlements.
Salary : $90,000 - $100,000
