SALARY : $29.00-$33.00 per hour, depending on experience
SHIFT : Able and willing to work 12-hour, 7-day schedule during harvest period, which runs August through September. Standard 40 hour work week, Monday through Friday, with potential for variation.

ROLE SUMMARY :
The Farm Supervisor, in conjunction with supervisor peers and farm management, oversees all facets of the farm operations. They respond to the needs of the department as well as business direction in completing the weekly production plan, while meeting internal safety and external quality expectations. They provide inspiring leadership to a team of seasonal employees, motivating them to work hard, and set the parameters for production quality and efficiency.
