Change Management
Develop, implement, and oversee a comprehensive change management strategy to support the implementation of the ERP project and other transformation initiatives.
Proactively identify and address resistance to change. Develop interventions to mitigate resistance and foster a culture of openness and flexibility.
Ensure transparent, consistent, and timely communication regarding the progress of the transformation project. Develop communication materials, including newsletters, presentations, and FAQs.
Stakeholder Collaboration and Engagement
Identify, analyze, and engage key stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Develop targeted communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the transformation process.
Conduct change impact analyses to understand the effects of changes on different departments and teams. Develop strategies to minimize negative impacts and enhance positive outcomes.
Provide coaching and support to managers and team leaders to help them lead their teams through change effectively.
Design and deliver training programs to equip employees with the skills and knowledge necessary to adapt to new systems and processes.
Performance Goals

Continuous Improvement
Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying lessons learned from change initiatives and incorporating feedback into future projects.
Qualifications
A COMBINATION OF THE LISTED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE IS PREFERRED
Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is highly desirable.
Proven experience as a Change Manager or similar role, preferably in a company that has undergone significant organizational changes.
Demonstrated ability to manage and lead large-scale transformation projects, specifically ERP implementations.
Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a resistance-prone environment and manage conflict.
Proven ability to develop and deliver effective training and communication programs.
