Corporate Quality
Assist with TraceGains Supplier, Raw Material and SCAR module for the North America plants and AB Biotek ensuring that the information can be optimized with the use of the ERP system.
Assist in maintaining the quality system and its subparts particularly the information required for effective ERP usage.
Assist Regulatory and Compliance team on the development of specifications and interface with PLM and ERP.
Back-up for the approval and preparation of quality statements as needed
Assist with emerging issues, including recalls, FDA warning letters, and changing in legislation, following regulatory updates provided by Regulatory team.
Participate and assist with continuous improvement activities to enhance the quality systems. Focusing on the effects of integrating these changes to any ERP system.
Communicate changes in any Quality system with the Quality and Regulatory Team and other relevant parties as needed.
Assist Documentation Team on customer requests as needed.
Assist with other Corporate Quality projects as needed.
Participate in the monthly quality management meeting
Participate in regional meetings and global working groups within AB Mauri.
ERP Systems
Coordinate with other departments as necessary to ensure information across all platforms is consistent in order to optimize the use of ERP systems
Work with IT and Project Management to support the development of information management systems and especially those that interface with ERP
Partner with other departments to ensure Quality, Food Safety and Regulatory expectations and deliverables are met with the ERP system.
Plant Quality
Coordinate with the plant Quality managers to synchronize information across each facility especially information required for entry into the ERP system
Manage Quality projects as necessary.
Procurement
Coordinate with the Procurement to synchronize information across different platforms ensuring that the information can be optimized with the use of the ERP system.
Collaborate with projects identifying alternate sourcing of ingredients for quality improvement, cost reduction, and risk management.
Contribute with annual supplier performance review of suppliers.
Sales/Customer Service
Coordinate with the Sales and Customer Service teams to synchronize information across different platforms ensuring that the information can be optimized with the use of the ERP system.
Innovation/Product Development/Marketing
Coordinate with the Innovation to synchronize information across different platforms and the correlation of information between PLM and ERP
Build organizational capacity and monitor Food Safety events across the supply chain.
Human Resources
Comply with HR policies and procedures and with relevant employment laws.
Other
Enhance skill set by attending appropriate seminars, professional meetings, training and additional course work
Other duties/projects, as assigned
Qualifications
A COMBINATION OF THE LISTED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE IS PREFERRED
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
At least 4 years’ experience with at least one ERP system, D365 preferred.
Experience in Food Safety & Quality
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Strong analytical, organizational, and prioritizing skills.
Ability to streamline processes and procedures within the department.
Excellent PC, Microsoft Office & spreadsheet skills.
Excellent planning, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
