System Administrator 1

Position

Objective:

Proactively partner with internal business customers to administer Windows devices and manager Patching \ Vulnerabilities. Work collaboratively with other IT Team members to design new IT solutions to improve business efficiency and productivity.

• Fix detected vulnerabilities to maintain a high-security standard.
• Stay current on IT security trends and news.
• Manage and perform Windows Server Patching.
• Prepare and execute System / Solution testing to maintain integrity of systems.
• Provide training to users of new system enhancements.
• Maintain process documentation according to policies and procedures.

Business Partnering

• Act as a partner for IT with the Operational teams and apply most effective use of IT technology to direct business thinking.
• Identify information technology solutions to support the business strategies across all business functions.
• Work with key functional peers to identify IT needs, gathering requirements, assist in estimating project costs and schedules.
