While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, hear, use hands to fingers, handle or feel objects, tools or controls and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance.
The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
While performing the duties of this job the employee regularly works near moving mechanical parts and occasionally high precarious places. The employee is occasionally exposed certain allergens and the risk of electrical shock.

Key Result Areas
PERFORMANCE STANDARDS:
Production Area
- Pull product samples as required by QC department.
- Differentiate between different bagged ingredients.
- Use WMS for license plate creation of finished product.
- Have knowledge, understanding and ability to perform all critical control points for their designated line(s).
- Maintain records as required by QC Department.
- Maintain clean work area per sanitation standards.
- Perform CCP monitoring and verification duties as required.
- Comply with HR policies and procedures.
- Comply with relevant employment laws.
- Other duties as assigned.
A COMBINATION OF THE LISTED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE IS PREFERRED
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- One to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must be able to read and write and speak English.
- Basic math skills required.
- Experience in a food manufacturing environment.
- Hours 6:00 am 4:00 pm, 4 days per week first shift 8:00 pm - 6:00 am, 4 days per week second shift
- Occasional overtime may be required.
