- Fix detected vulnerabilities to maintain a high-security standard.
- Stay current on IT security trends and news.
- Manage and perform Windows Server Patching.
- Prepare and execute System / Solution testing to maintain integrity of systems.
- Provide training to users of new system enhancements.
- Maintain process documentation according to policies and procedures.
- Act as a partner for IT with the Operational teams and apply most effective use of IT technology to direct business thinking.
- Identify information technology solutions to support the business strategies across all business functions.
- Work with key functional peers to identify IT needs, gathering requirements, assist in estimating project costs and schedules.
- Other Duties as assigned.
- Bachelors degree preferably in Business Administration, or Information Technologies.
- At least 2 years related experience in the information technology industry, with emphasis in integrated business systems Microsoft Windows and patching.
- Working technical knowledge of systems development, operations support and help desk operations in support of multiple business processes.
- Understanding of patch management with the ability to deploy patches in a timely manner while understanding business impact
- Knowledge of current information technologies
- Strong analytical, problem solving, prioritization and communication skills.
