About Us
Join our team of BCBAs, SLPs, Administration, and RBTs with special visits from music intervention, pet interactions, and other collaborations to enhance our Therapy Through Play model! Our center considers the principles of Reggio Emilia by devising an NET child-led learning environment and supporting the individual through a variety of approaches.
Our early intervention clinics are in Chesterfield, St. Peters, Florissant, Mehlville, and Wright City. Clients attend therapy from 7:45 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. BCBAs work just four days in the clinic and one day remotely, Monday through Friday, offering a flexible schedule!
Job Requirements
- BCBA Licensure
- Master's Degree (Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology)
- Ability to develop strong, professional relationships

Job Responsibilities
- Supervise ABA implementers
- Prepare and facilitate staff training
- Weekly collaboration with caregivers
- Track progress of client's on caseload
- Attend supervision and clinical meetings
- Advocate for ABA services as appropriate
- Complete assessment and treatment plans
- Complete ongoing documentation and reports
- Maintenance of continuing education units (CEUs)
- Follow the policies and procedures of ABSpectrum, LLC
- Assist in the development and growth of future Early Intervention Clinics
- Remain in good standing with BACB guidelines for retaining licensure and supervisory requirements.
