Full-time availability must be Monday-Friday 7:40am-3:55pm.
Entry level positions pay $18.00, RBT level pays $20.00
Training for full-time employees includes required coursework for RBT certification, to be completed within 90 days of starting employment.
Team members can increase their pay from $18 to $20 by completing their RBT steps anytime during those first three months.

Job Summary
We are currently seeking qualified, dedicated, and compassionate professionals to provide one on one Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) services to children aged 2-7 years old with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) are responsible for assisting Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement behavior plans through direct intervention. They will assist patients with day to day activities, monitor their behavior, record and collect data on patients' progress, and communicate with clients. Other duties may include clerical and administrative duties.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide ABA therapy to children ranging in age from 2-7 years. Training in ABA will be provided!
- Implement behavior plans written by a BCBA.
- Complete daily progress notes and documentation.
- Organize materials and maintain equipment as necessary.
- Provide and implement daily feedback.
- Communicate effectively with co-workers.
- Professional and supportive interaction with parents and/or guardians.
- Contribute to a fun and positive environment.
- Ensure that children are safe and that their every day needs are met through diapering, dressing, grooming, helping with toothbrushing and feeding.
- Dressing children appropriately for outside play.
- Utilize the 3-step cleaning process and wipe down surfaces every hour.
- Model and encourage good social skills!
Qualifications and Skills
- Good communication skills, both orally and written.
- Ability to receive constructive feedback from supervisors and apply necessary actions.
- Must be flexible, reliable, and dependable - manage and embrace change.
- Must be physically and emotionally capable of managing challenging or aggressive behaviors on a daily basis.
- Immediate family members of clients attending therapy at our clinics are ineligible for hire.
