At this client, you'll create precision parts for the Aerospace, Defense, Robotics, and Oil & Gas Industries. Parts will be designed to meet rigorous specifications determined by the client(s).
We've identified over 500 unique set-ups for our clients due to these tight specifications, resulting in runs of a few dozen parts rather than a few thousand.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and program Zeiss CMM machines using ZEISS software from Model Based Definition and 2D drawings.
- Maintain CMM work instructions for part setup and inspection.
- Analyze blueprints, models, evaluation sheets, manuals, and other materials to determine specifications and procedures.
- Collections and analyze inspection data, performing computations as necessary to determine inspection results.
- Determine product suitability for shipment based on company and customer requirements.
