Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement plans for repair and installation activities across the facility.
- Monitor equipment inventory levels and ensure timely ordering of necessary supplies.
- Oversee expenses related to maintenance and control costs effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors and service providers.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and provide daily activity reports.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety policies at all times.
- Coordinate installations (telecommunications, heating, electricity, etc.) and refurbishments as required.
- Manage equipment upkeep and supplies to meet or exceed health and safety standards.
