Clinic LPN needed in Arizona:
13-week contract to start (With the option to extend)
Pay:
$30.00 Hourly
$1.20/hr Holiday Pay up to 40 hrs/wk
$60.49 OT
$413.00 Untaxed Per Diem
$1,613 Total on 40 hours
On-site housing
Qualifications:
Any state LPN/LVN License
BLS
