We are seeking a skilled and experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our team at the Indian Health Facility in Vinita, OK.
Job Summary:
- This is a locum opportunity that requires immediate start, with a commitment of 2-4 weeks for credentialing.
- The ideal candidate will have prior experience in family medicine and be able to see patients of all ages.
- We use Cerner EMR and require ACLS/BLS, DEA, and state licensure.
- Shifts are 10 hours long, with alternating Mondays and Fridays off.
- Patient load is estimated at 15-20 per day.
