Board Certified / Board Eligible, BLS, DEA, Any state License.

Credentialing : 3 - 4 weeks
LOA : 4 / 1 / 24 - 3 / 31 / 25 - Looking for long term contract commitments.
Monday - Friday 8A - 4 : 30P. 8 / hr days - There is work flexibility.
Staff : 5-7 other providers working in clinic daily.
PPD : 12-20
Facility is a 78-bed hospital. Clinical specialties include : IM, Cardiology, Anesthesia, OBGYN, General Surgery, Orthopedics, Ophthalmology, ENT, Radiology, Pathology, Pediatrics, Psychiatry, and ER. The facility has the largest staff of all Navajo Area IHS facilities.
