LPN / Licensed Practical Nurse Contract Details:
- Position: LPN - Long-Term Care
- Location: Nome, AK 99762
- Hours: 36-48 hours per week
- Shift: Days or Nights
- Start: ASAP – Allow 2-3 weeks for onboarding
- Contract: 13 weeks with potential to extend
LPN / Licensed Practical Nurse Pay:
- Rate: $28.00/hr
- OT Rate: $42.78/hr (After 8 hours in day or 40 hours in a week.)
- Travel Stipend: $450 per week on 36 hours
- Gross Pay: $1,635.36 on 36 hours / $2,030.48 on 48 hours
- Lodging: Included. Provided at no cost.
- Travel Pay: Up to $1000.00 to assist with flight expenses.
- Reimbursements: $375.00 for AK License Application
LPN / Licensed Practical Nurse Requirements:
- AK LPN License - Will be approved to start with proof of pending license
- At least 1 year of LTC experience
- BLS Certification
- Flu/COVID Vaccinated booster
