Now hiring an Intake Specialist with over two year’s of experience in the Greater Portland, Oregon area!

Intake Specialist Pay :

800 - $1,000 per week
Weekly Direct Deposit every Friday
W2 position with benefits Available; Medical, Dental, Vision insurance, 401K.

Schedule and Timeline :

ASAP start

13-week direct contract with a high potential to extend!

40 hours per week with the potential to pick up OT

Intake Specialist Job Overview :

Monitor the front entrance for visitors, answer calls, medical intake, etc.

Check MMIS to verify individual's Oregon Health Plan status.

Determines whether requested services are available

Determines availability of funding source to support requested services

Schedules client appointments, verifies funding source data, and obtains required authorizations

Remains aware of agency Intake capacity limits and assists clients with accessing appropriate outside resources during those times when intake services may be closed or limited

Performs other related job tasks or responsibilities as assigned

Conducts reminder calls for appointments as needed

Intake Specialist Requirements :

High School Diploma or GED

Minimum two (2) to three (3) years' work experience in a professional office setting.

Experience operating a multi-line phone and paging system (Required).

Active BLS or ability to obtain prior to first day.
