Now hiring qualified Paraprofessionals for schools all throughout the Greater Phoenix Area!

Pay :

  • 19-$22 / hour.
  • Weekly direct deposit, every Friday.
  • Benefits available; Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K.

Paraprofessionals / Classroom Aide Schedule and Timeline :

  • The caseload and details of the position will differ based on school location.
  • Contract through the 2024 / 2025 school year – 37.5 to 40 hours per week.
  • The contract follows the academic district calendar.

    • Paraprofessionals / Classroom Aide Position Details :

  • Providing staff support in an educational / classroom setting.
  • Monitoring the classroom during lessons minimizing distractions and disruptions.
  • Working with students individually and in small groups providing assistance on educational-related activities assigned by the teacher.
  • Attending to students’ physical, personal, academic, and emotional needs.
  • Performing clerical duties such as tracking attendance, typing, filing, photocopying, and other tasks assigned.

    • Paraprofessionals / Classroom Aide Qualifications :

  • 2 years of experience working with children and special needs students.
  • CPR / first aid certification.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Clean background check upon hire.
  • AZ Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card or ability to obtain.
