Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Job Description:
- Caseload and details of position/classroom type will differ based on school location - SLP will be required to travel between multiple sites (Long Beach, Orange, Buena Park, Chino Hills, Riverside, Hemet, Ridgecrest).
- IN-PERSON | Travel: up to 25%.
- Contract through the 2024/2025 school year – 35 to 40 hours per week.
- Contract follows the academic district calendar.
Salary:
- $65-$85/hr.
- Total on 40 hours: $2,600-$3,400 paid WEEKLY.
- Travel and Hotel expense reimbursement.
- Weekly direct deposit every Friday.
- Benefits Available including Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401K.
Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech Pathology, Speech Audiology, Communications Disorders, or a similar program.
- Speech-Language Pathologist Licensure in the State of California.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
- Positive, energetic, and compassionate approach to education.
- Experience in a school and/or pediatric setting preferred.
- Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel to different schools within the Los Angeles area, as needed.
Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Position Overview: Provide speech and language therapy services to help students improve communication and learning skills.

- Conduct individual and group therapy using curriculum-based materials and provide progress reports.
