AB Staffing is looking for experienced Speech Language Pathologists (SLP) for the remainder of the 2024 / 2025 school year.

Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Job Description :

Openings in High School
Contract through the 2025 / 2026 school year – 35 to 40 hours per week
Contract follows the academic district calendar

Pay :

Starting at $2,800.00 - $2,975.00 / week DOE and location

Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Requirements :

Master’s degree in Speech Pathology, Speech Audiology, Communications Disorders, or similar program.

National and state certifications : ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence, State Speech Language Pathologist Certificate, and State License from the Department of Health Services.

Positive, energetic, and compassionate approach to education.

Experience in a school and / or pediatric setting preferred.

Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Position Overview : Provide speech and language therapy services to help students improve communication and learning skills.

Essential Functions :

Identify students needing specialized speech or language services and provide tailored solutions for academic success.

Conduct individual and group therapy using curriculum-based materials and provide progress reports.

Supervise support staff, consult with educators, and provide alternative communication systems.

Create engaging learning environments and promote social, physical, and intellectual growth.

Explore individual learning needs, develop personalized solutions, and implement curriculum goals.

Model mature behavior, uphold values, and encourage character development.
