What are the responsibilities and job description for the Harley-Davidson Motorclothes Sales Associate position at AB Ventures LLC?
Bourbon Street Harley-Davidson is looking for a full-time Motorclothes Associate to add to its team! At Bourbon Street, we offer a casual and creative work environment, a training and development program through Harley-Davidson University, and a competitive benefits package. Retail experience is highly preferred but not required.
As a motor-clothes sales associate, you will be responsible for:
- Greeting all customers in a courteous and friendly manner;
- Communicating sales promotions and/or new merchandise to customers.
- Handling telephone transactions quickly and courteously.
- Becoming familiar, efficient, and accurate in TALON POS system.
- Completing all assigned HDU training courses in a timely manner.
- Assisting management with periodic inventory of all store merchandise.
Qualifications:
- School Diploma or equivalent.
- Friendly, outgoing personality.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrate the ability to learn quickly, manage multiple tasks, and be self-propelled.
- Must have good analytical and mathematical skills.
- Must be a team-player and able to handle conflicts with customers and co-workers with a positive attitude.
- Be dependable and available for flexible scheduling.
Physical Demands and Working Conditions
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Benefits:
- Must have the ability to stand and walk the sales floor for the majority of scheduled hours per day.
- Frequently required to bend, stoop, reach and lift up to 30 pounds of merchandise, and carry boxes to designated stock areas.
- Most work is conducted indoors. However, some outdoor events may be periodically conducted.
