Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with individuals with disabilities, including those on the autism spectrum, to implement behavior intervention plans and support their development. This role requires a strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and the ability to collect and analyze data effectively.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on ABA principles.
- Conduct direct patient care, providing behavioral therapy to clients in various settings.
- Collect and analyze data on client progress, ensuring accurate medical documentation and maintenance of medical records.
- Support clients with disabilities by promoting skill acquisition and positive behavior changes.
- Work closely with families and caregivers to provide education on behavioral strategies and interventions.
- Participate in team meetings, contributing insights from data collection and patient interactions.
- Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and ethical guidelines in behavioral health care.
Requirements
- Board Certification as an Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA).
- Experience in applied behavior analysis, particularly in working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities.
- Proficient in medical documentation practices and data collection methods.
- Knowledge of special education principles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients, families, and team members.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50.00 - $65.00 per hour
