Our team of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) clinicians is deeply committed to helping children with autism and related disorders reach their fullest potential through home and clinic-based services.

What You'll Do:

  • Design, develop and implement a wide range of ABA programs for children with autism and other developmental disabilities
  • Collaborate with families and other clinicians to tailor ABA programs to specific client needs
  • Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians delivering direct services
  • Evaluate and update client progress reports via industry-leading data collection software.

We are looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our local team of providers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral health, with a focus on working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing direct support to clients and their families. The BCBA will play a crucial role in improving the quality of life for individuals by implementing evidence-based interventions and ensuring compliance BACB and HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Proficiency in applied behavior analysis and patient assessment
  • Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and medical documentation
  • Experience in behavioral therapy, particularly with children and individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Enthusiastic and compassionate care with direct care staff and children
  • Skills in data collection and diagnostic evaluation
  • Familiarity with special education and working with individuals with autism and other disabilities

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
