What You’ll Do
- Assist in the supervision of 6-7 behavior analysts under the supervision of the Clinical Director
- Oversee skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs developed by BCBAs
- Assist with parent training and completion of assessments
- Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers
- Conduct assessments (e.g., preference assessment, staff performance assessment, functional analysis, etc.)
- Maintain a reduced caseload of 4-5 clients
- Review, analyze, and provide support and feedback to behavior analysts regarding treatment plans before final submission to Clinical Director
Requirements
- BCBA certification
- 4 years of experience in the field supervising others
- Experience training staff
- Must maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record
