- Design and implement comprehensive behavior-analytic programs for individuals with autism spectrum disorder
- Oversee the implementation of programs by Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and caregivers
- Conduct preference assessments, functional analyses, and staff performance evaluations to ensure effective program delivery
