As a Clinical Behavior Analyst Manager at ABA Centers of America, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs for individuals with autism. You will also oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBT staff and caregivers. Your expertise will help ensure that our clients receive the highest quality of care and support. Additionally, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans, and maintain accurate records and reports on client progress and program outcomes. Requirements
- Master's or doctoral degree in applied behavior analysis or related field
