Leadership Opportunity
The Director of Growth and Market Development will oversee the training, onboarding, and development of Community Outreach Liaisons in new markets, ensuring they build strong relationships and effectively expand services within local communities. The position will be responsible for designing educational programs, managing a specialized onboarding process, implementing performance accountability systems, and driving continuous team improvement.

What You'll Do
- Lead the onboarding of new Community Outreach Liaisons in new markets, ensuring clarity on roles, objectives, and KPIs.
- Constantly refine training initiatives and programs to evaluate for effectiveness and ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Design a "Community Outreach Bootcamp" to equip new hires with essential skills in engagement, networking, and CRM tools (Salesforce).
- Develop and manage project plans aligned with the organization’s market expansion strategy.
- Design and implement comprehensive, role-specific training programs and materials for community outreach and engagement, relationship building, educational outreach, and business development.
- Design a "Community Outreach Bootcamp" to equip new hires with essential skills in engagement, networking, and CRM tools (Salesforce).
- Constantly refine training initiatives and programs to evaluate for effectiveness and ensuring alignment with company goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align outreach efforts with business development objectives
- Leads outreach efforts across multiple regions, managing a diverse team of professionals.
- Establish clear performance metrics for outreach liaisons and ensure accountability
- Work closely with key stakeholders, including schools, healthcare providers, and therapy professionals, to enhance program visibility and referrals.
- Ensure outreach liaisons are equipped to build strong, lasting relationships within their communities
- Track and analyze community outreach data, providing insights into referral generation and engagement success using Salesforce and other CRM tools.
- Maintain regular communication with the National Director of Client Growth, providing detailed updates and progress reports.
Education/Experience and Other Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in community outreach, healthcare education, business development, or related fields.
- Experience in designing and delivering effective training programs and bootcamps.
- Strong knowledge of project management, stakeholder engagement, and performance accountability practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams and communities.
- Travel upwards of 75% of the time.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Expertise with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide teams toward achieving both individual and organizational goals.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills and a focus on meeting deadlines.
- Capacity to drive results through strategic thinking, innovation, and fostering a collaborative culture.
