We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition / Onboarding Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will support the Talent Acquisition team by managing the operational aspects of the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate Recruitment Operation Activities: data reporting, meetings, workflows, processes.
- Maintain Candidate Records: Manage and update candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other databases.
- Support Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters and coordinating background checks.
- Develop Recruitment Metrics: Track and report on key recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of our hiring processes.
- Vendor Management: Liaise with external recruitment agencies and vendors to ensure smooth collaboration and service delivery.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and improve recruitment processes and workflows.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional support to candidates and hiring managers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Education/Experience and Other Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Human Resources or Talent Acquisition / Onboarding operations role.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Strong technical aptitude
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team player, high sense of urgency, and desire to learn and grow.
- Self-directed, independent thinker with strong analytical skills and business acumen.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills (oral and written) with proven data visualization and presentation skills.
