Remote: South Florida & Puerto Rico

As a Regional Clinical Director, you will be responsible for the oversight and monitoring of clinical operations in multiple locations across a specific region. The regional clinical director works to ensure that each location is meeting the highest clinical and operational standards.
What You'll Do
- Supervise clinical directors and ensure clinical quality and consistency across the region
- Collaborate with Chief Clinical Officer and the training department to ensure clinical standards align with best practices in accordance with the BACB
- Oversee peer review process
- Facilitate communication between operations and clinics
- Monitor current and projected staffing to ensure optimal service delivery for clients
- Ensure smooth and clinically appropriate case transfer/transitions for incoming and discharging clients
- Lead weekly clinical director team meetings and individual meetings as needed/appropriate
- Work with the training department to address training and support needs
- Represent company at regional and national conferences
- Work on interdepartmental initiatives with IT, marketing, billing, finance, etc.
- Monitor and ensure client satisfaction and appropriate clinical implementation on a regional level
- Monitor and oversee the implementation of organizational clinical initiatives across the region
- Work collaboratively with the Director of Utilization Review to ensure that region is meeting expectations of the UR department
- Travel 60% of the time between clinics to ensure clinical excellence and consistency of service delivery across region
Education/Experience and Other Requirements
- Active BCBA certification in good standing.
- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- 5 years of professional experience in ABA, with extensive knowledge of advanced ABA principles, practices, and ethical standards.
- 5 years supervising BCBA-level employees.
- Proficiency with business software (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Must maintain clean background screening, drug screening, and driving record.
- Able to travel 60% of the time to: FL & PR
