Clinic Executive Director
A natural leader with hands-on experience running a healthcare business, strong communication and management skills, and a successful career in managing high-performing teams is needed to run one of our clinics in the ABA field.
Under the direction of the Vice President of Operations, the Executive Director oversees the daily operations of a single location and its team members.
- Led and directed operational and financial performance of the center.
- Ensured proper implementation of healthcare laws and regulations in daily practices.
- Accountable for the center's performance in all aspects of the business.
Duties
- Operational, financial, and clinical objectives of the center.
- Review and manage operating KPIs established for the center and region.
- Engaged with the recruitment team to interview, attract, and retain top clinical talent.
- Managed clinician and client missed-hours reports.
- Worked with Lead RBTs to manage variance from scheduled hours.
- Monitored clinical quality metrics and evaluated program effectiveness.
- Convened weekly staff meetings to address client issues and concerns.
- Coordinated with Admissions and the Client Care Coordinator to understand new client circumstances.
- Oversee the scheduling of team members.
Requirements
- MBA degree.
- Financial analysis: 7 years.
- Management with P&L accountability: 7 years (medical or mental/behavioral health preferred).
- Healthcare experience: 12 years (preferred).
- Understanding of ABA, early childhood education, and/or social services (strongly preferred).
