Positions Open:
· Full time: Floor Manager
o Must Apply by Sunday, March 23rd.
Accountability: Floor manager reports to clinical supervisors, and members of the executive team.
Job Summary:
The Floor Manager is responsible for managing and training behavior technicians, collaborating with the management team, and providing direct care services.
Responsibilities:
· Having a flexible schedule and availability from 8:00am-6:30pm to meet the needs of individual clients.
· Maintaining a positive attitude and collaborative team philosophy in all aspects of the role.
· Completing Opening and Closing manager duties when scheduled as prescribed in written task lists.
· Monitoring staff for adherence to company policies and procedures and providing corrective feedback as needed.
· Covering direct care shifts as needed with or without advance notice.
· Maintaining own training across all client treatment plans, PCP’s, behavioral plans, and programming updates by coordinating with case supervisors on an ongoing basis and training staff.
· Work one Saturday a month.
Skills:
· Experience working with individuals with disabilities, particularly those with autism spectrum disorders.
· Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
· Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients, families, and colleagues.
· Strong organizational skills to maintain documentation efficiently.
