ABA Consultants is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Behavior Specialist Consultant (BSC) to provide services in home, school, and community settings depending on client needs in Montgomery and Bucks County, PA. This position would start off as a part time hourly employee (w2) with the opportunity for full time hours with the demonstration of quality service provision. Full time benefits include:

Location: Montgomery and Bucks County, PA
Each BC will be assigned a caseload of clients in which they are responsible for direct supervision. BCs will complete assessments, reassessments, supervision of BHTs and RBTs, and caregiver training. Each BC will also be assigned a group of RBT/BHTs for whom they will provide RBT/BHT supervision and monthly meetings. Other opportunities include being a mentor for the BCBA trainee program (if you are a BCBA) for individuals working towards their BCBA certification.
Reports to: Clinical Director
Supervision Over: Behavior Health Technicians/Registered Behavior Technicians.
Position Type: Part-time/Full-time employee
Availability: Monday-Friday (flexible hours between 8:30AM and 7:30PM).
Minimum Qualifications:
Education, Training, and Experience:
- Must hold a PA Behavior Specialist License
- Preferred to have a BCBA certification
- Must be certified to provide supervision
- A minimum of 3 years in working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with various special needs. A minimum of 1 of those years must be as a BC supervising programs.
Knowledge of:
- Appropriate behavioral intervention strategies
- Learning theories and instructional methods
- Ethics, laws, and regulations of acceptable behavior interventions
- Developmental processes of children, adolescents, and adults
- Interpersonal skills needed to manage crisis situation
- Technology, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ABA software platforms
- Correct English grammar, punctuation, and spelling

- Successful completion of fingerprinting, and criminal history background check
