Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Part TIME Hybrid-Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. Must be based in Ohio and maintain a COBA license!
Currently we are looking to fill a 2pm - 6pm CST availability Monday - Friday.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism. This role involves conducting assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and providing training and support to staff and families to enhance the quality of life for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement evidence-based interventions based on applied behavior analysis principles.
- Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis, adjusting interventions as necessary.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including educators, therapists, and family members, to ensure comprehensive care.
- Provide training and support to staff on behavioral strategies and best practices.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure confidentiality of client information.
- Document all assessments, interventions, and progress in accordance with organizational policies.
Qualifications
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) is required.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly those with autism.
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis techniques and methodologies.
- Familiarity with special education practices and behavioral health principles.
- Ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations effectively.
- Understanding of medical terminology relevant to behavioral health.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
