What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Social Worker (LICSW, LPCC, or LMFT) position at ABA Consulting?
Our Needs:
- Compassionate individual that can establish and maintain relationship with families/caregivers of the recipients affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder.
- Determine the level of training and counseling needed for parent/caregiver.
- Develop, monitor, approve and sign the recipients initial and each updated ITP.
- Coordinate and implement the initial and annual coordinated care conference, as requested by the parent or caregiver.
- Supervise and oversee the activities of the level I, II and II providers by reviewing assessments, treatment plans and approve progress notes.
- Assist with coordinating services for recipients by communicating with case managers, families, medical personal and school.
- Culturally competent with addressing cross-cultural issues.
- Create recovery, rehabilitative goals, and objectives for recipients.
- Provide rehabilitative and skills-focused services to enable recipients in basic living and social skills, community intervention, and transitioning to community living.
- Prepare individualized documentation for each session in a timely manner.
JOB SUMMARY
- License to practice independently as a mental health professional in Minnesota: Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Psychologist (LP), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, and Clinical Nurse Specialist - Psychiatric or mental health nursing.
- Knowledge and experience with ABA services
- Ability to work with diverse populations.
- Experience providing EIDBI and CTSS services a plus
- Experiences working with individuals with Autism Spectrum
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organization skills and ability to prioritize workload
- Ability to work within a dynamic and continuously changing healthcare environment.
