What are the responsibilities and job description for the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position at ABA GROUP & ASSOCIATES INC?
Pay
90,000.00 - 100 000.00 per year.

ABA Group & Associates Inc employs only independent contractors currently. Such contractors will be compensated for their work at a fixed rate as stated in their individual contract, on a fee-for-service system. Therefore, each contractor will be compensated depending on the number of work/hours their provide the Company with.
A) Conduct Initial assessments and Re-Assessments. (Gather clinical material/information to complete assessments. Functional Assessments, Skill Assessments, generating appropriate goals and objectives, others).
B) Review and approval of the clinical documentation to ensure that the client’s information is complete explicit and accurate.
C) Monitoring and assessment of the recipient's progress toward goals in the Behavior Analysis Service Plan. (BASP)
D) Training of the recipient's family, caregivers, and other individuals involved in the implementation of the behavior plan and intervention strategies.
E) Implement behavior analysis interventions according to BASP.
F) BCaBA/RBT Supervision, according to the BACB requirements.
G) Protocol Modifications.
H) Use of Automated ABA Systems.
I) Compliance with the Ethics Code of Behavior Analysis.
J) Timely submission of written reports.
K) BCBA is responsible for maintaining up to date all in-services training required to provide the Behavior Analysis Services.
L) Other responsibilities.

Qualifications:

- Master's Degree or Doctorate
