- Behavioral Technician Responsibilities :
- Conduct and implement 1 : 1 behavior support and ABA treatment as determined in the client’s treatment plan
- Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions
- Work collaboratively with a BCBA supervisor to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy
- Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and clinical supervisors
- Behavioral Technician Requirements :
- High school degree or working towards a degree in a related field (Psychology, Education, and / or Sociology)
- Prior experience in ABA therapy and / or working with special needs children is preferred
- Must be able to pass a CORI background check
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be punctual, communicative, and reliable
- Must have an active RBT certification or complete the free online 40 hour training course prior to starting and take the exam within 1 month of employment

Client's availability : Tuesday 3 : 00pm-6 : 00pm & Friday 11 : 00am-2 : 00pm
