In-Home Part-Time Behavioral Therapist - Lawrence, MA
Competitive pay at $20-$25 per hour based on experience
The hours you would work with the client:
Client's availability: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 8:00am-11:00am & Thursday 4:15pm-6:15pm (14 hours total)
Behavioral Technician Responsibilities:
- Conduct and implement 1:1 behavior support and ABA treatment as determined in the client’s treatment plan
- Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions
- Work collaboratively with a BCBA supervisor to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy
- Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and clinical supervisors
Behavioral Technician Requirements:
- High school degree or working towards a degree in a related field (Psychology, Education, and/or Sociology)
- Prior experience in ABA therapy and/or working with special needs children is preferred
- Must be able to pass a CORI background check
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be punctual, communicative, and reliable
- Must have an active RBT certification or complete the free online 40 hour training course prior to starting and take the exam within 1 month of employment
