Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team and specialize in conducting Comprehensive Diagnostic Evaluations (CDE) for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). This role is integral to helping families understand their child’s unique needs and guiding them toward effective treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough Comprehensive Diagnostic Evaluations (CDE) to assess developmental, cognitive, and social-emotional functioning.
- Administer and interpret evidence-based assessment tools (e.g., ADOS-2, Vineland-3, CARS-2, etc.).
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including BCBAs, speech therapists, and occupational therapists.
- Provide detailed diagnostic reports with actionable recommendations for treatment planning.
- Communicate findings effectively to families, offering guidance and support as they navigate next steps.
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Doctorate in Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) from an accredited program.
- Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Clinical Psychologist in Florida.
- Experience conducting assessments for ASD and related developmental disorders.
- Proficiency with standardized diagnostic tools (ADOS-2 certification preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
