What We're Looking For :   We are looking for someone who is passionate, team-oriented, and dedicated to personal and professional growth, with a desire to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism.

  • Do you love working with kids and making a difference in their lives? Are you the kind of person kids naturally gravitate towards?
  • Do you enjoy being part of a supportive team and yet can also take charge when needed?
  • Do you have a RBT certification or are you willing to get one? Awesome!
  • Do you have a Bachelor's Degree in a related field? Great!
  • Do you have experience in special education, autism, psychology, or ABA? Great, but not a deal-breaker if you don't have it.
  • Are you good with words? You'll need to communicate professionally with clients, families, and other professionals.
  • Are you creative and a good problem solver? We need someone who can tackle challenging behaviors and come up with effective interventions.
  • Are you patient? Patience, empathy, and compassion are key when working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism.

    • Specific Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Work with their supervisor to teach individualized skills to children with autism to help improve their language, social and play skills.
  • Receive consistent ongoing supervision and training.
  • Collect data to track progress on treatment plan goals and objectives - iPad and data collection app provided for you!
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency and generalization of skills across settings.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Participate in team meetings
