What are the responsibilities and job description for the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position at ABA Path?
We are looking for someone to join our team at our clinic location and throughout Hillsborough, Pasco, and/or Pinellas County.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments to determine behavioral needs and develop treatment plans for each client
- Provide behavioral therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities
- Implement behavior intervention strategies and techniques
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collect and analyze data to measure treatment outcomes
- Provide training and support to caregivers and other professionals
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities
- Proficiency in applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
- Knowledge of special education practices and strategies
- Familiarity with medical terminology related to behavioral health
Skills:
- Strong assessment and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with individuals of all ages and backgrounds
- Proficiency in data collection and analysis
- Strong organizational and time management skills
