Responsibilities:
ABA Plus, Inc. is seeking a self-motivated, quick-thinking Behavior Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) who possesses the ability to solve problems in the moment. This person must be driven to acquire new skills in a fast-paced environment and transfer those skills to staff and families through effective hands-on training.
Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Masters degree in Psychology, Education or related field
- At least 2 years working with children with Autism using ABA methods
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention programs based on the child’s needs to include behavior acquisition and reduction programs using principles of ABA
- The ideal candidate has experience with Systematic Teaching (DTT) and Verbal Behavior
- Experience with VB-MAPP and Vineland standardized assessments a plus
- Write quarterly progress reports
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA’s)
- Provide parent training
- Supervision / Direct Treatment
