Responsibilities:
ABA Plus, Inc. is seeking a self-motivated, quick-thinking Behavior Clinical Supervisor (BCaBA Preferred) who possesses the ability to solve problems in the moment. This person must be driven to acquire new skills in a fast-paced environment and transfer those skills to staff and families through effective hands-on training.
Qualifications
M.A. degree (completed or near completion) in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education and enrolled or willing to enroll in BCBA coursework will be considered for supervisor role.
Graduate degree in Psychology, Education or related field
At least 2 years working with children with Autism using ABA methods
Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention programs based on the child’s needs to include behavior acquisition and reduction programs using principles of ABA
The ideal candidate has experience with Systematic Teaching (DTT) and Verbal Behavior
Experience with VB-MAPP and Vineland standardized assessments a plus
Write quarterly progress reports
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA’s)
Provide parent training
Supervision / Direct Treatment
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour
