Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional behavioral services to individuals with autism and their families.
Duties:
- Conduct client assessments to include measurements of skills using the VB-MAPP, AFLS and MAS.
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment data and behavioral analysis.
- Use a behavioral app for scheduling, session notes, data collection and analyze.
- Provide in person supervision to RBTs weekly at the client's home or community setting.
- Provide weekly parent training to caregivers.
- Utilize a patient-centered approach to create a supportive and reinforcing environment for individuals with autism.
- Work effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure treatment goals are met.
- Meet submission deadlines.
- Complete credentialing paperwork for multiple insurances.
- Put in non-billable time to email RBT supervision summaries, write monthly RBT evaluations, create supply and icons list, meet with clinical director to review cases, edit documents when feedback is given, drive to client's home, etc.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Applied Behavior Analysis (BCBA).
- Hawaii licensed behavior analyst.
- Current CPR or BLS.
- Strong knowledge of verbal operants, PECS, AC devices, reinforcement programs, DTT, NET, etc.
- Knowledge of positive behavior support programing.
- Can write at college level.
- Experience providing in-home services.
- Ability to lead, motivate and keep the treatment team on track and moving forward.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A willingness to work outside of the supervision sessions to support the team and modify and develop the continuously evolving behavior plan
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
- Pass annual background checks based on insurance contracting.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: From $85.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
