We are hiring passionate, energetic, and dedicated Behavior Technicians who are eager to engage with clients in fun activities, apply proactive behavioral strategies, and provide much-needed support to families. 🚗 Mileage Reimbursement: $0.70 per mile for travel between clients

What You’ll Be Doing
🎯 Engage Clients in Fun & Meaningful Activities – Play games, go for walks, do crafts, or participate in activities that promote positive interactions and structured engagement. less stress on contriving opportunities for learning or targeting skill acquisitions.
🎯 Help Prevent Challenging Behaviors Before They Start – Learn and apply proactive behavior strategies or antecedent based intervention to keep sessions fun, calm, and productive.
🎯 Provide Caregiver Relief & Support – Give parents and caregivers a much-needed break, ensuring their loved ones are in safe and caring hands.
🎯 Receive Hands-On Training & Support – Work directly with BCBAs and Mid-Level Supervisors who will guide and mentor you.

✔️ 1 Year of Experience (Preferred but Not Required!)
✔️ High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
✔️ Reliable Transportation & Willingness to Travel Between Client Locations if needed
✔️ CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain one upon hire)
✔️ Spanish-Speaking (Preferred, but Not Required)
✔️ Ability to Commit to a Minimum of 15-20 Hours per Week
✔️ High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
