- Medicaid-approved.
- Afternoon availability is required.
- Primarily work within our clinic, conducting assessments (evaluations of client behavior) and developing tailored treatment plans.
- Train and provide guidance to caregivers and RBTs, ensuring the best possible care for our clients.
- Track client progress by analyzing data and updating treatment plans as needed.
- Supervise RBTs according to BACB (Behavior Analyst Certification Board) standards.
- Keep up with certification requirements and complete bi-weekly billing.
