The Opportunity:
We're currently seeking an exceptional BCBA to join our team in beautiful Clearwater, FL and surrounding area. In this role, you'll have the chance to work in both clinic, public and private school settings, with families in their homes and community settings, facilitating social skills groups, and supporting the development and implementation of behavior intervention plans. Plus, you'll be a part of a team of BCBAs with whom to collaborate with. We are invested in providing opportunities for our analysts to grow professionally and move their careers beyond the BCBA role. We want you to grow with us!
What You'll Do:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans in school, home, and community settings.
- Provide direct supervision and coaching to behavior technicians and support staff.
- Implement behavior intervention plans and monitor client progress.
- Facilitate engaging social skills groups to promote skill development and socialization.
- Collaborate with school personnel, families, and other professionals to ensure coordinated and effective care.
