Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) located in Parkville, MD. The RBT will be responsible for implementing behavior support plans, collecting data on client progress, and working collaboratively with the clinical team to support clients in achieving their goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in implementing behavior support plans and collecting data
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis principles
- RBT certification required
- Experience working with individuals with special needs or autism spectrum disorders is a plus
