What You’ll Do:- Gather and process intake paperwork from new clients.
- Perform detailed data entry for intake and authorization requests.
- Maintain tracking spreadsheets to keep records up to date.
- Follow up with physician offices to obtain necessary documentation.
- Contact insurance companies to verify benefits and secure authorizations.
- Ensure confidentiality and HIPAA compliance when handling sensitive client information.
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- At least two years of experience in the medical or behavioral health field.
- Exceptional phone skills and professional etiquette.
- Strong general office skills, including filing and working collaboratively with a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- A quick learner who thrives under the direction of the Office Manager/Administrator.
- A detail-oriented, organized, and reliable professional who can multitask efficiently.
