- Salary Compensation: $70,000/yr

What We’re Looking For
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Medicaid-approved (or willing to become)
Your Role as a BCBA
- Conduct behavioral assessments and create tailored treatment plans.
- Provide guidance and training to caregivers and RBTs.
- Track client progress using data-driven strategies.
- Supervise RBTs per BACB standards.
- Maintain certification requirements and complete bi-weekly billing.
