What are the responsibilities and job description for the Temporary Fill-in for In-Home ABA Therapist (RBT/BT) in Belvidere NJ position at ABA Solutions?
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to provide temporary in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for two clients in Belvidere, NJ over the summer. This position runs from May 26th through the end of August 2025 (with at least two days available the week of 5/12 or 5/19 to overlap and pair with current RBT for training).
Schedule Availability:
The schedule will be customized with the hired staff member; the below is the outline of a tentative schedule based on the availability of the clients and prior summer schedules of ABA therapy
- During School Session (5/26-6/6): Monday-Friday, 2:30 PM - 6:30 PM
- When School is Out of session (week of 6/9-6/27 & 8/11-8/25): Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM (the first two weeks of August are TBD)
- During Extended School Year-ESY (6/30-7/24): Monday-Friday, 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:
- Provide in-home ABA therapy to individuals with Autism.
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
- Collaborate with families and the BCBA.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience working with individuals with Autism.
- Experience providing in-home ABA therapy or working with individuals with Autism in a school setting.
- RBT certification (preferred but not required).
