We are currently seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Clinic Program Director to lead our Farmington, Missouri clinic. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a clinic, mentor junior clinicians, and oversee the implementation of evidence-based interventions.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead & Mentor: Supervise and train a team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure high-quality ABA implementation.

Client-Centered Care: Conduct behavioral assessments, oversee treatment programs, and adjust plans based on data analysis to ensure continuous progress.

Family Collaboration: Provide caregiver training and support to empower families in implementing behavior strategies at home.

Professional Growth & Development: Stay up to date with ABA best practices and fulfill Continuing Education (CE) requirements for BCBA certification.

Clinic Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations at the Farmington Clinic, ensuring smooth coordination of services and optimal client care.
Qualifications:

Education: Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of ABA experience, including expertise in ABLLS and/or VB-MAPP assessments and behavior intervention plans.

Certification: Active BCBA certification in good standing.

Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with families, staff, and other professionals.
- Experience conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans.
- Proven leadership abilities, multitasking skills, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to foster a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance, as travel may be required.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with families, staff, and other professionals.
